Cheryl has over 20 years experience in corporate records management, at one point solely responsible for the management of 450 corporate clients.  Her experience includes the whole spectrum of corporate management from B.C. incorporations/organizations, extra-provincial registrations, alteration to share capital, intricate share transactions, redemption of shares, name changes, changes in shareholders, changes in directors/officers, dissolutions and restorations, and annual maintenance.

Cheryl is addicted to mystery novels, loves working in her garden and when time permits volunteers at an orphanage in Cambodia, which has been an ongoing project for five years.
