In her practice, Carrie advises clients on issues related to personal and estate planning, estate administration and litigation. This includes preparation of wills, powers of attorney, representation agreements and trusts, as well as applications for probate and administration. She also has an interest in helping seniors with issues unique to them.
Prior to joining Heritage Law, Carrie practised insurance litigation, both as in-house counsel for two insurance corporations and in private practice. She has lived in a number of different places and worked for organizations of various sizes, all of which have provided a range of experience that she draws upon to assist her clients. She has always actively volunteered, including many years coaching select and high school soccer teams, sitting on soccer club committees, in the school system and for the West Vancouver Seniors’ Activity Centre.
